PIPE SYSTEMS
We adapt the piping systems to the available space and to the equipment specified by the client, ensuring complete and safe unloading of the appropriate tanks. The installed piping is equipped with the necessary safety devices to ensure the transfer of the load from the tanker truck to the designated silo.
SPECIAL ANTI-WEAR ELBOWS AND CURVES
Implanted piping systems incorporate special reinforced bends and elbows to reduce wear caused by friction. This helps prevent potential perforations and product losses resulting from friction caused by the abrasion of solid products in motion.
The elbows are manufactured to fit the most common pipe diameters: from DN 80 to DN 300 mm, although other sizes can be produced upon customer request. Depending on the process and the product to be transported, they are designed at 90° or 45°. They are delivered painted and with the corresponding flange and counterflange fittings. The material used for their manufacture is carbon steel, but if the process requires it, we also manufacture them in stainless steel.
