5 mixing reactors (11 m³, 6 m³, 2×2 m³, and a modified and integrated 500-liter unit).
Automated control system using an industrial PLC and HMI touchscreens.
Automatic weighing system using ATEX-certified load cells integrated into the reactors.
Stainless steel process piping, with automatic valves and product transfer manifolds.
Structural work platform, designed to facilitate the loading of raw materials and ensure safe maintenance.
Electrical control and power panels, and all the instrumentation necessary for process control.
Preparation for future integration with ERP systems and plant expansions.
